Duties

Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to promote teamwork and efficiency. Manage food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality culinary standards are met. Maintain food safety protocols and ensure proper food production practices are followed. Train new employees in hospitality standards, food preparation techniques, and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and special offerings that enhance guest experience. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
