Duties

Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Oversee kitchen operations, including food production and inventory management. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and promote special events. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Previous experience in kitchen operations is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers.
