Snap Fitness 24/7 is looking for a

driven, energetic and passionate Assistant Club Manager

to join our team in Ebbsfleet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in fitness or retail, who's ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to a vibrant, member-focused health club.

You'll support the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations, sales performance, member experience, and team coordination -- all while helping us grow a strong and positive gym community.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales & Outreach:

Drive new memberships through local marketing and community engagement

Customer Service:

Deliver a first-class experience for all members, ensuring they feel supported and valued

Club Operations:

Support with administration, stock, cleanliness, maintenance and general daily tasks

Team Support:

Assist with onboarding and coordination of Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors

Group Fitness:

Help manage the group timetable, bookings, and instructor invoicing

Social Media & Marketing:

Assist with content creation and campaigns to drive brand awareness

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure the gym meets all safety and operational standards

Working Hours

This is a 30-hour/week role, with shifts rostered within the following availability window:

Monday-Thursday:

Between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Friday:

Between 10:00am and 6:00pm

Saturday:

Between 9:00am and 12:00pm
You

must

be available to work

evenings (until 8:00pm)

and

Saturday mornings

as required.

Extra Income Opportunity

Outside of your rostered hours, you'll have the opportunity to deliver:

Personal Training sessions

Group Fitness classes

This allows you to earn

additional income

on top of your base casual rate -- a great way to increase your earnings and build your client base!

What We're Looking For:

Sales and/or retail or fitness industry experience Level 2 Gym Instructor (Level 3 PT qualification

preferred

) Current First Aid certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Goal-driven with a passion for fitness and community
