Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the newly refurbished Luciano's Hamilton. A brand new Italain restaurant incorporating the amazing Vesper Bar where authentic flavours meet warm hospitality to bring a new and vibrant dining experience to Hamilton.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exeptional customer experiences and will work closely with the restaurant manger and owners to ensure smooth day to day operations of the restaurant and Vesper Bar.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, including reservations, floor management, and customer relations. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional food quality. . Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and operational budgets.
Requirements

2 Years

proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role ideally in a premium casual dining setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
What We Offer

Competitive salary of up to

33,000 per year

comprising of wage plus gratuities. 40 hour working week
