Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Supervise and support kitchen staff in food preparation and production, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Train new employees on company policies, food safety standards, and culinary techniques. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction at all times. Assist in creating menus and developing new recipes to enhance the dining experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Culinary skills with experience in cooking and food production processes. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and customers. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to help others succeed.
