We're looking for a high-energy, people-first

Assistant Manager

to help drive the day-to-day success of our

6-court premium padel club

. You'll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to create an exceptional member experience, energize the community, and help grow the sport.

This is a hands-on role in a vibrant, fast-growing brand -- perfect for someone with a passion for sport, service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in daily club operations, staff coordination, and site standards Lead shifts and ensure service excellence across reception, bar, events, and coaching teams

Deliver a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints Handle bookings, class schedules, and court utilization Assist with managing inventory, stock, suppliers and retail operations Help run events, tournaments, and community activations Act as a keyholder and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures Support staff development, performance, and motivation Actively engage with members to build a strong community culture Contribute ideas to drive local sales, marketing and promotions

What We're Looking For

1-2 years' experience in a team leader, supervisor, or assistant manager role Strong communication and customer service skills A hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Passion for padel, sport, or health & fitness is a big plus Team player with a can-do attitude and high standards Comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of a rota
