As an Assistant Manager you will play a significant role in helping us fulfil our mission.
We are looking for a communicative, organised Ast. Manager to support daily front-of-house operations and help improve customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and support customers throughout service
Use computer systems (Excel, Word, reservations, reports)
Support basic marketing tasks (social media, customer follow-up)
Help attract new customers and encourage repeat visits
Stay aware of trends and customer needs
Requirements:
Strong communication & people skills
Comfortable with computers (Excel/Word essential)
Reliable, positive attitude
Experience in hospitality preferred, but not required
