We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team management. Train new employees on food safety practices, kitchen procedures, and customer service excellence. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary to ensure efficient food production. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Foster a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers, promoting excellent service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is required. Experience in team management, with strong leadership skills to motivate staff effectively. Background in serving or barista roles would be advantageous. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences is crucial.
