Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in our flagship fast fit depot in Hillington.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the depot manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.

Duties

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the depot, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and maximize sales. Supervise staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize systems for transactions, cash handling, and tracking sales performance. Conduct shift management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the motor trade industry is essential. Strong background in motor trade aftersales must be qualified to at least IMI level 2 mechanic. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team management and training & development.
