Main duties will include:
Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Motivate, coach, and support team members to reach their full potential, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Champion outstanding service, ensuring every guest receives a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience that reflects LEON's values.
Support in managing key metrics such as labour, stock control, and cost efficiency, contributing to strong P&L performance.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety in line with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality or a fast-paced branded environment.
Be passionate about leading by example, developing people, and creating a team culture focused on excellence.
Understand key business drivers like sales, labour, and cost control, and how to influence them.
Be knowledgeable in health & safety and food safety practices.
Have great communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Be excited by the opportunity to work in an energetic, airport-based environment.
