Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Supervise kitchen staff and manage food production processes. Train and mentor team members in culinary skills, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement new recipes. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Support the management in achieving operational goals and maintaining budgetary controls.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management. Previous experience in food production or kitchen operations is highly desirable. Background in hospitality or hotel environments is an advantage. Barista experience is a plus for establishments serving coffee or beverages. Outstanding communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
