From the banks of the River Ness, Prime serves up the very best local produce to create unforgettable seasonal menus for locals and visitors to Inverness.
If successful, you'll be supporting the general manager in the day-to-day running of the busy restaurant/bar. We're looking for a people person; someone who gets on well with a team but isn't afraid to take charge, and lives to provide great customer service.
