to join our leadership team in the heart of King's Cross.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you are the engine room of the shift. You will support the GM and AGM in running a high-volume venue while ensuring our core values are lived out by the team every single day.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Care:

You set the standard for hospitality. You'll ensure every guest is

greeted with a smile

, acknowledged quickly, and thanked when they leave. You are the champion of the "extra mile," ensuring nothing is too much trouble.

Operational Excellence:

You take pride in the venue. You'll ensure we are

from the moment we open, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, lighting, and sound throughout the day.

Teamwork:

You lead a team that is polite, friendly, and

on time. You're a hands-on leader--if you see something broken, dirty, or empty, you take action to fix it.

Problem Resolution:

to our guests. You address issues on the spot and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Systems & Flow:

You'll help manage the "books" via

, ensuring our bookings (from small tables to large functions) run seamlessly and profitably.
About You

You are a naturally friendly and polite person who enjoys leading a team. You have a "can-do" attitude and aren't afraid to get stuck in. You have experience in high-volume pubs or restaurants and understand the importance of speed and quality. You are organised, reliable, and a great communicator.
