Job Summary


We want an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our fantastic new cafe, ensuring that all food safety and production standards are met while providing exceptional service. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:



First and foremost, look after our staff and our customers Support the day-to-day management of cafe operations Oversee service during busy breakfast, lunch, and weekend dinner periods Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Assist in staff scheduling, stock control, and administrative tasks

Requirements:



Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within hospitality Excellent communication and team leadership skills A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

Personal Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
