Responsibilities



Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Support staff in food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Train and mentor team members in hospitality practices, food production techniques, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and special offerings that enhance the guest experience. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to foster a positive working environment.

Experience



Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality sector is essential. Background in food production or kitchen management is highly desirable. Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
