Position: Assistant Manager
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in assisting the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability, ensuring excellent store standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a customer-first culture and support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team.
Take responsibility for store operations and manage in the Store Manager's absence.
Foster teamwork to maintain excellent store standards and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the store is always clean and hygienic.
Motivate and encourage the team to meet and exceed targets.
Manage stockroom activities and ensure deliveries are processed smoothly.
Train and develop new hires and current staff.
About You
Strong desire to develop your leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
A drive to motivate and achieve great results.
Knowledge of K-beauty and an awareness of the latest trends.
Strong experience in face-to-face customer service environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
