restaurant. You'll be the General Manager's right-hand person, supporting the day-to-day operations and helping to lead our amazing team to success.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Manager, you are a crucial link between the team and the General Manager, ensuring we deliver exceptional results in every area.

Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service and the consistent delivery of our high-quality product.

Team Management:

Assist with recruitment, training, and coaching all team members to maximise their potential and uphold our company values.

Customer Experience:

Lead by example on the floor, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring every guest leaves delighted with their Libertine experience.

Performance & Cost Control:

Support the General Manager in hitting key financial targets, including

managing labour costs, controlling stock/inventory,

and minimising waste.

Compliance & Standards:

Take ownership of site standards, ensuring strict adherence to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene (HACCP) regulations to maintain a safe, clean, and 5-star compliant restaurant.

Administrative Duties:

Assist with administrative tasks such as shift scheduling, cash management, and reporting.
What You'll Need to Bring (Requirements)

Proven experience

(1+ year)

in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a high-volume restaurant, casual dining, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment. Exceptional

leadership and people-management skills

with a passion for developing teams. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including stock control, P&L awareness, and rota management. The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during busy service periods. A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for great food and customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
