Lolfa Llandeilo is a cafe serving breakfast and brunch located just outside Llandeilo. We pride ourselves on using as much local and welsh produce as possible.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will run the day to day operations of the cafe alongside the manager. This role is ideally suited to an existing assistant/shift manager looking to take the step up in a supportive environment or a manager looking for a new challenge.

Some attributes that we are looking for;

Ability to lead a team through their passion and commitment to customer service. Previous experience in a managerial role of a busy cafe/restaurant. Barista trained and willingness to lead in-house training. Understanding and knowledge of current market trends. Financially aware. Motivated leader, who inspires and develops talent. The ability to speak Welsh and English would be advantageous.
Opening hours likely to be 9am-4pm. 5 day working week.

Salary based on experience.

Start date early August

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
