Assistant Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: 45,000 + Performance Bonus

Full-Time | Permanent Position

Your Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in daily operations

Lead and motivate a team to deliver top-quality service

Ensure high standards of food hygiene and customer satisfaction

Help manage stock, orders, and rota planning

Step in as acting manager when required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (hospitality preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Positive attitude and hands-on approach

Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment

Passion for great British food and excellent service

Microsoft experience required

Experience in rota preparation and organisation.
