We are thrilled to announce the opening of a fantastic new site at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at this iconic London location which has been a destination for music makers for over 90 years.Which hosts some of the world's greatest artists, producers, composers and musicians.

This role offers the chance work in Abbey Road's restaurant and in-studio dining offering; a hub that which sits at the heart of the Studio's home for our team and creative community.

To ensure customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner and the staff restaurant is set up to the highest standards expected from Lexington, customers, and the client.



Salary up to 38,000 depending on experience



What you'll be doing...

As an Assistant Manager you will lead teams to ensure proactive management on site as well as accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting staff to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:

Motivating and managing a team Controlling and managing a budget Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues

Proven experience of successfully managing a team and a problem solver Genuine interest in customer service excellence A strong team player, highly confident, pro active and positive Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised Previous experience within catering desirable Barista trained Attention to details

Working Pattern:

5 out 7 days 40 hours p/w
