- Manage and motivate the team to provide outstanding service to guests
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Contribute to creating a positive working environment for staff
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for business growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in restaurant operations and kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
