? What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the General Manager to keep things running smoothly - from cellar to service

Leading, motivating and mentoring a top-tier team

Delivering an unforgettable guest experience every time (yes, even on a Monday)

Helping with rotas, stock control, ordering and day-to-day operations

Jumping in wherever needed - whether it's behind the bar, on the floor, or running a tight ship during a packed Saturday night
