Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism. Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships. Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards. Step in as acting manager when needed.
Qualifications

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in hospitality (restaurant experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
