An exciting opportunity to be part of the fabulous Cabana family! Our stunning

restaurant is in need of an Assistant Manager.

Cabana is the home of the mighty flame-grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken! Our restaurants are Latin American inspired known for fabulous grills and cocktails delivered in a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere!

We are ideally looking for an

Assistant Manager

who:

Assist the general manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow

Supervise and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment

Provide guidance and training to ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards

Oversee operations, ensuring guests are seated promptly, orders are taken accurately, and service excellence

Assist in stock management, including ordering, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest

Assist in scheduling staff effectively to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs

Outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team

Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times

Help to maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards, including regular inspections and coordination with cleaning staff

Has a high level of organization in the workplace and strong management skills

Are available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays

Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Is consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
