WE'RE HIRING: ASSISTANT MANAGER

Join a fast-paced, multi-bar and restaurant venue at the heart of East London's hospitality scene.

We're looking for experienced Assistant Managers who are ready to lead, grow, and thrive in one of London's most vibrant, innovative and dynamic venues.

What You'll Do:

? Support day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager
? Lead FOH & BOH teams to deliver amazing guest experiences
? Handle ordering, rotas, marketing, and compliance
? Be a key player in building culture, quality, and consistency

Your Experience:

?? Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or upscale bars.

?? Have good knowledge of health & safety, food safety & best practices within hospitality.

?? Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

?? Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.

?? A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests. If you are enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and possess the necessary skills to thrive as an Assistant Manager.
