Role & Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant team, inspiring and leading to deliver exceptional service in our buzzing venue. You'll be the key to guiding your team through high-energy, fast-paced services and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Your Role:

Lead by example, ensuring exceptional service standards, especially during peak hours

Coordinate and motivate your team

to stay energised, efficient, and on top of their game during busy services

Assist the Venues Manager with the operations and set-up of our wide range of corporate events

Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring efficiency and high standards at all times

Provide support and guidance

to team members in high-pressure situations, ensuring any challenges are quickly addressed Foster an upbeat, inclusive, and professional environment for both guests and staff during every shift Help implement exciting new ideas to elevate the Huckster London experience Assist the Venues Manager and Operations Director in keeping the venue always ready for service. Take a lead on deep cleaning, bar close downs and ensuring we are Set up for Success!

Essential/Desirable criteria:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service (Essential).*
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment.(Essential)*
Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager (Essential*)
Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude. (Essential)*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.(Essential)*
An out-going team player with a positive attitude.(Essential)*
A team player who can work efficiently and communicate well with other team members and guests. (Essential)*
Must be 18+ due to licensing laws. (Essential)*
Must have late-evening (post-12am)/weekend availability, closes can finish around 1/2am.(Essential)*
Cocktail experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
