Due to company expansion we are looking at hiring new AMs for sites across London.

Latest finish of 00:30 and tips for a fulltime member of staff roughly 200-300 a month.

Role Overview:

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our brewery bar. You will support the management team in delivering top-notch service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a supervisor looking to step up or someone with a few years of managerial experience. This role would be perfect for someone with leadership experience who is passionate about craft beer and great service.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar. Support team management by training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and promotional activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Interest in craft beer. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A willingness to help others and foster a supportive team atmosphere.
