We're on the lookout for an
exceptional Assistant Manager
to join the team atBAM Karaoke Box
, our flagship 10,000 sq. ft. social entertainment venue in Victoria, with22 private karaoke rooms
and our buzzing destination bar,Bam Bam
.This role is all about standards, people, and presence.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Lead training and induction across FOH
- Champion service excellence and brand values on every shift
- Be a strong Duty Manager with calm authority and a can-do mindset
- Set the tone for team culture and presentation across the venue
- Play a key role in shaping the guest journey, from the smallest detail to the biggest moments
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who knows how to lead from the front and wants to help build a venue where people love to work and guests love to return.
Must be
London-based
Full-time role, late nights and weekends required
Competitive salary
+ 33 days holiday
