Summary:

An exciting opportunity to join a growing, independent, cold-pressed juice bar with two sites - based in 2 very premium locations in Chelsea & Notting Hill. Our business is driven by a wholehearted mission to provide fresh food & drink that makes a positive, long-lasting impact on our health & wellness. Our range of products includes cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads, hot foods & a range of desserts/snacks.

The Assistant Manager role involves supporting our Multi Sites Manager in managing our store's teams while sustaining excellent product quality & customer service standards. You will be helping manage the FOH team who operate the till systems as well as produce a range of Made-To-Order products such as coffees, smoothies & acai bowls.

The right person will have the opportunity to develop into a General Manager as the business grows.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:

- Team management including getting involved with recruitment (conducting trial shifts and on-boarding) & training of new Team Members.

- Helping review performance, goals & development at all levels.

- Providing training sessions/refresher training to ensure excellent customer service, cleaning and product standards are maintained at a high level.

- Helping maintain KPI's including sales, labour, wastage & mystery shopper targets on a weekly basis.

- Ensuring health & safety, food safety & hygiene, cash handling, proper equipment use & maintenance are in place.

- Stock management including ensuring there are full merchandising displays, waste management and ordering.

- Recognise product quality issues and feed back to Central Production Kitchen/Multi Site Manager to correct these.

- Manage general enquiries (queries/complaints) and drive sales.
