Assistant Manager

to join our growing team based in

Lybrook

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's ready to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on and part of a supportive team.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service Supervising and mentoring care staff to maintain high standards of child-focused care Assisting with rotas, staff development, recruitment, and care audits Stepping in to support wherever needed Participating in the

on-call rota

(with additional pay) Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, CQC requirements, and BBcare10 policies

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 6 months' experience

in a senior or supervisory care role Experience working with

children

in a care or support setting NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People pathway preferred, or working towards it) Confident leadership and excellent communication skills A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong understanding of safeguarding Willingness to work from our

Lybrook

base and be flexible when needed
