Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager for a fantastic project based at the foot of the Malvern Hills. We are a regenerative farm utilising traditional breeds to produce sustainably reared, grass-fed livestock putting an emphasis producing delicious meat in an environmentally beneficial way.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our restaurant, Madresfield Butchers and Grill, based in Malvern town centre. You will assist the restaurant manager to ensure all our customers have a memorable experience and leave with a smile on their face.

We need someone who is going to inspire those around them, a team player who is always willing to muck in wherever required.

This is our first restaurant, we have plans for another site on the farm itself, as well as many other future food projects. We are brewing our own beer, also growing heritage grains which we will mill ourselves to produce fantastic unique flour and bread. We want a future manager to join us at the start of our journey who can grow with in this initial project and beyond.

The ideal candidate:

Excellent customer service skills always looking to go above and beyond. Understanding of GP. Previous experience with managing stock and ordering processes. Patient with staff and ability to motivate those around you even when under pressure. Passionate about food, hospitality and sustainability. High attention to detail and desire to achieve the highest standard of service.
