Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with daily operations across the bar and kitchen at Circle Square. The ideal candidate will possess a love of hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences, strong leadership skills, a can do attitude and be an excellent team player. Duties

Assist in managing daily venue operations to ensure smooth service delivery Supervise and motivate team members, including front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive working environment Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently Plan and execute events offsite with our pop up bar and kitchen Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all departments Manage bookings and events to maximise sales both on and offsite Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold the establishment's reputation Collaborate with management on promotional activities and menu development

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a similar setting Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous Ability to work evenings and weekends
