We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant or kitchen, ensuring efficient service and food production. Supervise and train staff members, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Support in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to meet operational needs. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or feedback promptly. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is essential. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in team management, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire others. Restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable; barista experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
