32,000-34,000 per year (depending on experience) + tips + complimentary staff meals

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Assistant Manager

to help lead our front-of-house team and contribute to our continued success.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of all front-of-house activities. You'll lead by example, motivate the team, and help maintain the exceptional guest experience we're known for.

This is a full-time position (45 hours per week), involving a mix of early and late shifts. Weekends off are fairly rotated within the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead front-of-house operations and support team members during busy shifts Help manage rotas, staff development, and performance Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service Handle bookings, events, and guest enquiries Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Support with stock management, ordering, and health & safety compliance Uphold a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality A confident, approachable leader who stays calm under pressure A genuine passion for food, drink, and customer satisfaction Highly organised, dependable, and solution-focused Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with POS systems and online booking platforms (training provided)
