We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven assistant manager to lead our team across our store in Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving targets. This role requires flexibility to cover when needed. Previous managerial experience is advantageous.

Duties

working to achieve sales targets in our stores. Motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth. Organise store staff and cover in stores when required, including weekends

Proven experience in sales Experience in social media development a bonus but not essential The ability to be adaptable and flexible to ensure stores are covered when required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building at all levels.
