Duties

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production and preparation. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the establishment. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Train new employees on food preparation techniques, serving methods, and hospitality best practices. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong culinary skills with hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership abilities. Background in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
