Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production activities to maintain optimal workflow. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Support menu planning and food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and improve service offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required. Previous experience in serving or barista roles would be advantageous. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
