Responsibilities



Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery. Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene procedures. Support staff training programmes, including food safety, culinary techniques, and customer service skills. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu execution, and inventory management. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist in organising staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during shifts. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace aligned with health standards.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols. Experience in team management and leadership roles within a busy environment. Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality standards. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Good communication skills and the ability to lead by example. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary environments. A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
