We're looking to hire a driven, motivated and dedicated

Deputy General Manager or Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager

to join our busy restaurant and bar.

Our Assistant Manager will report into our General Manager and will oversee all aspects of our restaurant and bar. Ensuring our customers are looked after at all times. Our customer journey is important to us and therefore, we're looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, committed to ensuring our team provides a 5experience.
There are a range of shifts available which is provided on a rota basis. This is a full time position and you must be available to work a range of shifts.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...



Is currently (or has been) a supervisor or manager in a Restaurant, Pub or Bar environment. Is passionate about people, cares about our guests & our team, creating a positive place to be. Constantly inspires the team to go the extra mile for our guests keeping expectations & standards high. Ensures their site is always clean, safe and welcoming for the benefit of the team and our guests. Coaches, develops and leads the team to be the best they can be. Able to stay calm and lead their team to success in a high paced service.

WE'RE LOOKING FORM SOMEONE WHO CAN...



Support the General Manager and Head Chef with the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new team members. Push the team and the business forward with the support of the General Manager and Head Chef. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach in both front and back of house, be an effective communicator, engaging and motivating the team. Support with managing stock control and food / beverage margins. Manage EHO, Health and Safety and routine brand audits to a high standard. Ensure the team are continually given feedback and performance managed where appropriate. Deliver to spec and brand standards both front and back of house. Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high volume fast paced environment. Show passion for our group and ensure the team are knowledgeable, confident and motivated.

We're offering a competitive salary plus service charge & tips for our Deputy Manager role. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and role. In addition to this fantastic salary, we also offer:
