Stadium Leisure is a Bar, Restaurant and Membership Club.

We run a premier steakhouse restaurant, plus a members bar with a function room.

We are looking for an experienced assistant manager, to report directly to the general manager, in order to ensure smooth running of the business. This will include locking and opening up, cash handling, and serving customers on a day to day basis. Because of the nature of this role, the ideal candidate MUST be able to work evenings and weekends. The right candidate will have the correct skills to be able to step into the general managers role during time of holidays and absences and will work closely with the general manager to drive sales and hit targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of employees. Provide guidance and support to team members. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Maintain a positive work environment. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage customer issues in a professional manner. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations, which includes helping the manager with day to day running of the business including organising busy functions, and deal with customers on a day to day basis, as well as supporting our already structured team and assisting with the hiring of new employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
