Assistant Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help run Nottingham's most loved Japanese restaurant. The applicant must have at least 2 years of management experience in a similar environment. The position has a start date of 1st August, requires full flexibility Wednesday - Saturday and a typical working week is 45 hours. The base salary is 29,000pa with tips ranging from 12,000 to 14,000pa. The restaurant closes for two weeks over Christmas and New Years.
The applicant must be personable and welcome our guests with open arms whilst leading the team from the front. The candidate will be expected to run the restaurant not just alongside the Restaurant Manager but also in their absence.
