Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations within the Store. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment. Support food preparation activities, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for excellent service at all times. Collaborate with the management team to develop new ideas and enhance overall guest experience. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, particularly in food production or kitchen management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
