Job Description

We're looking to add an Assistant Manager to our team with a fixed contract for the right candidate. A minimum of one year management experience in hospitality is required.

Gilt is located in the heart of Bingham town centre, with a constant growth of customers, we are again wanting to add to our hardworking team to continue to produce high quality service to our loyal customers.

Management must be available to work evenings & weekends.



Employees role/responsibilities will include:

Training and guiding staff Shift management Opening and closing of the venue. Doing daily cash sheets and stock. Knowledge of the cocktail menu. Barista skills. Table service and waiting skills. Good attitude towards work and customer service. Be able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment as part of small but skilled team. Uphold the standards and expectations of the Business. Integrate with the team with a good attitude and be willing to learn on the job. Work with a positive mindset at all times
