Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures to maintain high standards of quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of food production. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimise waste. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance guest experiences. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement promotional activities that drive sales. Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service delivery. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and team management practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry. Pizza Making Skills Essential ! Culinary experience with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required to ensure compliance within the establishment. Experience in kitchen operations, including cooking, serving and cleaning. Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training are crucial for success in this role.
