Benito's is the market leading Mexican restaurant group, leading the way in fresh authentic Mexican food. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the team in our busy store in the heart of Oxford. This is a key hire for our business. This is a hands on role and would suit a manager who enjoys face to face interaction with their customers, and enjoys working alongside their team.
You will be an experienced Assistant Manager looking for experience in a fast paced QSR/restaurant environment and will have an engaging, outgoing personality. We are a small business with very little bureaucracy and no hierarchy. As Assistant Manager you will report directly to the General and Operational Manager and have autonomy to lead your team in your own style.
Quarterly bonus payments of up to 1000 will be based on achieving key business KPI's (Labour, GP, Customer Feedback and Revenue) and are regularly achieved in this location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the food production and preparation processes
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen and service staff
- Lead daily operations to maintain high-quality service standards
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a customer facing role
- Proven ability in team management and supervision
- An understanding of P&L management, food costs and payroll management
- An independent, quick thinker
