Assistant Manager - Slice & Dice Pizza Restaurant - 32K per annum

Slice & Dice is the newest and freshest made-to-order pizza restaurant group in Oxford, leading the way in fresh authentic New York pizza by the slice. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the team in our store in Oxford.

This is a key hire for our business. This is a hands-on role and would suit an experienced team member/team leader who enjoys face to face interaction with their customers, and enjoys working alongside their team.

You will have experience in a fast paced QSR/restaurant environment and will have an engaging, outgoing personality. We are a small business with very little bureaucracy and no hierarchy. As an Assistant Manager you will report directly to the GM and have autonomy to lead your team in your own style. Interviews will be held this week with immediate starts if you like us and we like you :)

Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of kitchen and service staff

- Lead daily operations to maintain high-quality service standards

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience

- Previous experience in food retail/fast casual dining or a customer facing role is essential.

- Proven ability in team management and supervision

- An understanding of P&L management, food costs and payroll management

- An independent, quick thinker

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
