Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food & drinks, with a passion for hospitality excellence and leadership. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Bar & kitchen and supporting the overall management of our establishment.

Duties

Assist the Manager in supervising daily Bar & kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation. Oversee staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Help manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock to ensure uninterrupted service. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus & events that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging teamwork and communication among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction is maintained.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting is preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating and guiding a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations. Passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.

Pay: 26,000.00-35,000.00 per year
