I am delighted and very excited to be recruiting for the perfect General Manager for our city centre sports lead venue, Pinnacle Beer & Gin Hall, Leeds. As part of Concept Taverns, this will be one of twelve great venues across Yorkshire.
Pinnacle sports & games has a fast-growing reputation of being the place to be for sports and gaming with our fantastic offering of 7 pool tables, numerous TV's for sport viewings, social and corporate private hire, great food & drink offerings and excellent 5service.
We are looking for a highly driven, enthusiastic, approachable & energetic individual who has a love for all things sports & hospitality, can deliver great guest service and work well with the team to create a friendly, warm, and welcoming environment. Being a lover of sports, great beer, tasty cocktails, fantastic 5service & creating a warm and welcoming ambience is a given. You must be able to lead and coach the team to ensure the smooth running of the business, repeat custom and thrive for success.
To be the perfect fit for us you should be able to deliver the following:
Able to assist the General Manager in all day-to-day responsibilities
Ensure high levels of organisation and cleanliness throughout
Assisting with orders, stock management and controls
Able to work with bookings and epos systems
Ensuring the team gives every guest a friendly welcome
Encourage the team to understand situational selling - making recommendations that are appropriate to the guest
Have a knowledge and passion for the large range of spirits and craft beers on offer
Have a drive for serving and presenting food and drink products perfectly
Provide direction, feedback and coaching to team members on shift to improve performance and delivery of excellent guest service

The Reward
For 45 hours per week, the right candidate will receive,
Salary- up to 31,000.00 per year
