Duties
Assist in the management of daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient Profit Centre service.
Supervise and train staff to an excellent customer service throughout.
Support the Head Manager in team management, including scheduling shifts and overseeing staff performance.
Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong background in food production and preparation, with knowledge of culinary techniques.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
