An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant, farm-shop-style restaurant with a fresh, seasonal menu and a dynamic events space. This role is perfect for someone with a big personality who excels at building guest relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the face of the restaurant, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty.
Leading and inspiring a small, high-performing team.
Managing evening events and ensuring smooth operations during busy weekends.
Driving service standards while maintaining a relaxed yet premium atmosphere.
Overseeing operations 3 evenings per week, with closing by 10:30 pm.
Working 45-48 hours per week in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
